Since its establishment in July 2001, Duc Minh Medical Joint Stock Company (at that time it was Duc Minh Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company) registered and implemented the business of vaccines and prevention services for people.
The company has distributed vaccine products to fight against Japanese encephalitis, imported hepatitis B vaccine and a number of vaccines authorized for distribution by domestic manufacturers to meet the customer’s demand for voluntary service vaccines (vaccines that are not included in the National Immunization Program) in multiple health units.
The business in the field of vaccines and preventive services for humans has continued to grow and is the core competence of the company. Through the Covid-19 pandemic, vaccines have received more attention and affirmed their important role in proactive disease prevention. The company is the representative for domestic and foreign manufacturers to register for circulation of products, directly import, preserve and distribute vaccines according to GDP, GSP and GMP standards (for the work of sub-labeling imported products).
The company also conducts professional activities in the field of vaccines, such as scientific seminars on preventive vaccines, multimedia communication on the prevention of infectious diseases with vaccines to the community. Combine that with the Society of Preventive Medicine, a vaccination schedule application will be built and can be tracked on the phone.
In order to best serve the preservation and distribution of vaccines to ensure the quality of vaccines in accordance with recommendations and instructions, the company has built new construction, equipped technical infrastructure, and trained employees. This includes the cold chain system including storage warehouse, transport vehicle, box system, vaccine storage cabinet, monitoring and warning system in accordance with the standards and requirements of quality management agencies. It can be said that the company's cold chain infrastructure, techniques and staff are among the top in Vietnam.
The company’s main focus is always about constantly building and increasing coverage across the country, as well as developing new vaccine products for the prevention of infectious diseases.
